Allan graduated from the University of Western Ontario Law School in 1974 on the Dean’s List and as a recipient of the Dean Ivan Rand Honour Award He became an associate and partner at the boutique law firm that he articled for and then practiced in partnership, until 2002 at which time he started his own law firm.
While practicing law full time, Allan also maintained a teaching position at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in the area of risk and practice management. He also had taught at Senecca College, the Canadian Naturopathic College, and the Ontario Homeopathic College. He has lectured across Canada and written a number of published articles dealing with professional practices and has acted for a number of charitable and not-for-profit organizations in assisting them in ensuring proper corporate governance.
Allan is married to Judy and has three sons, Darin, Ryan and Mitchell. He is an avid motorcyclist, and for enjoyment has done the following activities: martial arts, toastmaster, scuba diving, CN Edgewalk, ballroom dancing.

After completing her Bachelor of Arts, Honors, at York University, Katherine studied Law at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan where she was a Dean’s List student.
Katherine currently practices general business law. She covers the full spectrum of real estate sectors: commercial, residential, retail, mixed use and industrial. She has particular experience in relation to, leasing, purchase, and sale transactions. Katherine also practices commercial & corporate, estate planning & administration, and litigation matters.
She joined the firm as an Articling Student in 2012 and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2013.

Articling Student
Taline earned her Global Professional Master of Laws from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. Prior to this, she completed her Bachelor of Laws (Hons) at Queen Mary University of London, England. Before her legal education, Taline obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology, with Distinction, from the University of Guelph-Humber, along with a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion.
Taline has since developed a broad foundation across several practice areas. Prior to articling, she assisted in family law, civil litigation, small claims court, and wills and estates matters.
Beyond Taline’s education and legal work, Taline is a first-degree black belt in Shoto Kan Karate and spent many years as a competitive basketball player with the Vaughan Basketball Association, where she later took on a coaching position. Taline has also played the piano for most of her life, accomplishing an advanced level of music study and assessment through the Royal Conservatory of Music.
Taline joined the firm as an articling student in June 2025. She eagerly assists in a wide range of the firm’s practice areas, with particular involvement in real estate transactions, corporate, wills and estates, and small claims court matters.

Boasting thirty-eight years experience, Mrs. Paolantonio has had opportunities to dabble in all fields of law. Judy has been a full time legal assistant since January 2002. She primarily concentrates on corporate and commercial matters. She is a passionate ballroom dancer and when not in the office she can, most nights, be seen moving to beat of rythmic music.
